The work of Gas turbine combustor directly determined the inlet parameters of turbineand the performance parameters of the unit, so the reasonable design of combustion chamberis very important. At the same time, in the combustion chamber structure, the head structureof the combustion chamber on performance play a decisive role, so the design of thecombustion chamber head structure is also very important.In this paper, Fluent software is used to research the combustion performance of thecombustion chamber with three cyclone and graded oil.The primary effect of the study is todesign combination of programs of the three swirler with a variety of similar structure butdifferent parameters for the head of the combustion chamber according to the design of asingle stage cyclone.The central task of the study is to carry numerical simulation on theflow field of the combustor with three cyclone and to compare and analyse with theinfluence of the three cyclone’s various parameters on the performance of the combustionchamber according to the simulation results.In addition, this paper also adopted differentturbulence model and the combustion model, making further comparative analysis for thedesign of chamber combustion performance. Finally, this paper makes a comparative studyfor the three rotational flow in the combustion chamber with different delivery way under thecondition of combustion flow field.Based on the design of combustion chamber head tertiary cyclone structure, this paperconsiders the problem of the tertiary cyclone size matching. In the use of Fluent softwarechamber numerical calculation by using the Realizable k process turbulence model, EDcombustion model, using particle swarm orbit model to describe the liquid drip trajectory andcourse of change. Using weather difference scheme for discrete to control the equation,Using standard wall function method to wall treatment; Using the SIMPLE algorithm to solvediscrete equation.The whole research process show that the design of the three cyclone fuel gradecombustor flow field organization and the parameter distribution is more reasonable, thedesign scheme can meet the design requirements; According to the research results show thatthe combustion chamber tertiary cyclone parameters on combustion performance withdifferent degree of influence, the most obvious effect is the blade installation Angle. Thepaper research results can be used for providing a certain basis for three swirl chamber optimization design.
