With factories in recent years, the constant expansion of shipbuilding, ship buildingprocess of some of the technologies, processes and construction process of some of theproblems gradually emerging, especially in ship shafting installation process is moreprominent. As in previous years the shipbuilding tonnage is small, the shaft installationprocess is generally fitted into the shaft straight state. With the ship to the large,high-power-oriented development, shafting the working conditions become more severe,especially around the tail bearings and gearbox bearings, which greatly affected the life of theship. If you continue to follow the traditional approach of the shaft mounted in a straight linestatus, and its shortcomings will become apparent, it defined the traditional linear calibrationmethods are difficult to overcome in the installation location shafting brought thisunreasonable ills, thus prompting people have to strengthen research on shafting.
