The vibration and the noise control of a ship is an important aspect for the study of theship performance, and the definition of a variety of external excitation force caused fromoutside is an important spot for the ship vibration and the noise prediction. The shipequipment vibration load is from bench test or real ship test, that the cost is too high, and hasa lot of work fixed.In this paper, application of transfer matrix method, combined with the characteristics ofsteam turbine generator unit, work of rotating machinery, the elastic effect of ship deckstructure, load caused by coupling with the ship structure vibration calculation of shipequipment operation, and prediction of ship equipment and structure coupling vibration ofship machinery noise. This paper mainly does the following work:Firstly, according to the characteristics of the rotating machinery bearing-rotor system inthe ship, establish a mechanics model of the bearing-rotor system combined with the couplingvibration of ship structural, the model has fully considered the situation of the certain elasticeffect for the actual ship structure.Then,through the transfer matrix method to calculate the excitation force with thecharacteristics of the bearing-rotor system with elastic for the ship structure couplingvibration, and also study the influence of the vibration characteristics from the isolatorstiffness, damping, the ship structure and other factors.Finally, after the research we can discover that when consider the elastic effect of shipstructure, and under the same conditions, the value of the excitation loads from the shipstructure is larger than the one which is regardless of ship structural elastic effect; and withthe increasing of the isolator stiffness, the system vibration intensity is weakening, and withthe increasing of the isolator damping, the system vibration intensity will continue to weaken,at the same time, the layout (deck length, equipment location) of the ship structure for thebearing-rotor system of coupled vibration has a certain effect for the vibration characteristicsof the whole system.
