Sliding mode construction is mainly used for industrial and and high-rise buildings tallchimneys, silos, television tower, shaft, open caisson, hyperbolic cooling tower and the shearwall system or barrel system of high-rise buildings, etc. Sliding platform is used for slidingmode construction of the main working face, to complete the reinforcement assembling,concrete pouring and so on a pile of operation and construction machines and tools andmaterials. Sliding platform mainly consists of drum circle, radiation beam, inside and outsidering beam, tie bar, flat bedplate and open truss frame and components, construction hydraulicjack drive open truss frame, along the climbing upward, achieve synovial construction. Inorder to ensure construction safety, sliding table should have enough stiffness, strength andstability.Sliding construction two forms, rigid braced operating platform and soft operationplatform.. The traditional rigid sliding platform node with welding connection, dismantledand not be able to use, requires large investment and long construction preparation period.While the traditional soft operating platform lateral stiffness is very difficult to guarantee,rely heavily on sliding mode measurement system for horizontal displacement and verticaldisplacement monitoring and rectification measures. Based on this situation, this paperimproved the traditional sliding mode construction platform, research and development ofthree kinds of sliding platform structure forms: fabricated steel truss sliding platform, largediameter sliding platform and web frame sliding platform. These three structures can beexplained below:The major characteristics of Fabricated sliding platform for circular space steel bracedstructure, are that the we use welded connection for unchangeable parts such as center rigidring, the rest of the connection such as radiation beam and center ring connection, radiationbeam adjustable part of the node, truss bracing, purline, inner circle, we use bolt connectionto realize the right fabrication The main components can be multiple turnover use, andconvenient transportation, realize prilling tower sliding platform standardization, factory,assembly change and revolving. Finally, based on a real project, we can use finite elementanalysis software to design selected section optimization design to confirmed the feasibilityof sliding platform fabrication. When the inside diameter of the silo is more than26meters, if you use the fabricatedsteel braced operation platform, although it might meet the requirements of the safety of thestructure, however, the platform load might put high hydraulic pressure on the silo capduring construction. Therefore, this paper seeks to explore how to make a suitable design formore than26meters diameter hollow sliding construction platform. Namely during thesliding mode period of the rising of the assembled rigid operation platform, to the silo cap, inthe original platform assembly based on a new structure form, in order to increase thestrength and rigidity of the platform. The feasibility of this method has been confirmedthrough an example test.When the diameters is more than30meters, silo and prilling tower engineering hasbeen widely used in the field because of agile operating platform, low cost, safe and reliable.This research is based on three soft operation platform system of analysis, they are, picktriangle frame soft operation platform, tension ring soft operation platform, and doublesupport ring soft operation platform. First, the analysis of space truss structure and pickframe construction platform sliding mode according to the characteristics of slidingconstruction technology and structure characteristics of the calculation model is put forward.Then using finite element analysis software SAP2000structure analysis and design, verifythe simplified model. Finally, based on a practical project, the design, verification this rackclass pick frame operation platform security. From an example and analysis result, it seemsvery safe and reliable and has good economic performance advantages.In this paper, through the generally accepted theoretical knowledge and software appliedto the three new sliding platform structure analysis, and according to the constructioncharacteristics, sliding preliminarily established a complete set of structure design, the bar tosliding mode structure of the development to have the certain reference value.
