In the road network system, There are so many reasons for traffic accidents, generallyspeaking, traffic accidents of the road caused by geological disasters, bad weather is notuncommon. Geological disasters and climate conditions, such as landslides, rain, snow, fog,dust storms and other hazards have a great harm to the safe operation of the state highway,especially in the harsh weather conditions of fog, rain and snow, road traffic accidentsobviously presents multiple trends. If we take effective real-time detection of these highwaysabnormal events, on this basis, do some prevention and rescue measures, is bound toimprove the safety of vehicles in the process of moving. Therefore, it is necessary to conductin. depth research.In general, through study on the driving safety of the highway protection system for thehighway accident.prone, take appropriate risk monitoring and evaluation, development ofappropriate management and control measures, prevent traffic accidents occur on thehighway accident. prone, reduce accident rates, improve the efficiency of transportation,protection of traffic safety has a great significance. The paper is established on the basis ofthis idea, through study on the abnormal events under multi-factorial conditions, use ofadvanced video detection methods to improve the accuracy of the identification. At the sametime, use of the rapid response mechanism to reduce economic losses and resource cost.This paper is based on various types of abnormal events, the changing characteristics ofthe time and place of our highway, use of advanced video technology to detect the roadsafety, and make the identification and assessment of abnormal events, in order to accuratelydetermine the potential risks exist of the accident-prone segment. Finally, through build theplatform, we get the rapid response mechanism to the rescue. Through effective real-timedetection and subsequent rescue operations, the impact of abnormal events can be minimized,and directly reduce the economic losses caused by the road transport network abnormalevents.The paper is based on the video detection technology, abnormal event recognition andassessment, through advanced technology, we can respond to highway abnormal events quickly, and the conclusion of the study will provide the theoretical basis for theconstruction of the highway network security and the management.
