The working system of loader usually adopts hydraulic transmission. Thecleanness of hydraulic oil affects the lifespan and working reliability ofhydraulic components. How to control the oil cleanness and improve theworking reliability of equipment are the main problems that many equipmentmanufacturers and users focus on. Aiming at the existing problems incleanliness control of M company, the principle and method of cleannesstesting has been analyzed in the paper. Combined with the productionrequirements, the paper designed a method for monitoring hydraulic oil onlinesystem and makes the product prototype.The paper analyzes the current development of cleanness testing at homeand abroad and then analyzed the reasons and harms of the oil pollution. Inaddition, the paper studies the standards of cleanness testing and puts forwardthe effective measure to control the hydraulic system cleanliness. Afteranalyzing the method and principle of domestic cleanness testing at present,this paper pointed out the related factor which affects cleanness testing.This paper is developed a model on common filtering device of hydraulicsystem and infers the traffic expression of constant pressure measurement, toprovide theory basis for the design of the detection device. Combined with therequirements of oil testing, this paper designed a kind of on-line cleannessdetection device.By testing the prototype, the detection device reaches the designrequirements and meets the need of company.
