Wind energy is a green renewable resource, it is rich in abundant andpollution-free has good economic benefit, has become the world’s countries tofocus on developing renewable energy in the21st century. In recent years, theconstruction of wind power stations, wind around the increasing, formed acertain scale of industry. The installation of the wind turbine is an important partof the construction of wind farms, as the related engineering construction,increase gradually to the requirement of the crane, the new crane marketdemand is bigger, so wind power crane began to rapid development,constantly improve and enhance performance.This article first introduces the wind type and structure of crane, bycomparing the final plan, determine the advantages of other crane structureform of the main design; The chassis of crane is determined, leg and armsupport institutions, the structure of the tower, the structure of adjustable pulley,hoist matching type and reverse tilting device of the crane. At the same time,the lifting mechanism and design calculation of luffing mechanism, includingthe main drum hoist, wire rope hook group, pulley, and mechanics analysis hasbeen done for the drum and hook. In the research on the key technology ofcrane boom in the Fatigue life of application software, using3d softwaresolidworks established wind power simulation model of CHS crane booms byCHS boom the node stress diagram, by ALGOR. Fatigue software for finiteelement analysis, to find the wind power prone to damage problem of cranebooms, the service life of two diagonal structure analysis. To check the overall stabilityof wind power crane, first has carried on the detailed introduction on thestability of crane overturning resistance, and discusses the resistiveoverturning stability check of the three main methods at home and abroad,according to the basic principle of resistive overturning stability check thecrane arm long truss under the maximum working range and the minimum amplitude stability, ensure the safety of the crane operation is reliable.This article through to the current widespread use of wind turbine structureresearch, according to the conventional requirements and actual conditions,through the optimization of structural and functional, we design a model ofwind power crane, with emphasis on the key technology of crane boom isanalyzed, studied the wind power long truss boom crane fatigue strengthanalysis and dynamic analysis, and studied the wind power crane truss boomlong influence to the stability of the crane.
