Safety Risk Assessment Of Automobile Ro/ro Production And Improvement Countermeasures In Tianjin Port

Ro/Ro production operation plays an important role in the port production operation. It is different from previous bulk cargo bulk, general cargo, container etc, as its unique goods are cars. Ro/Ro transportation still belongs to the emerging industry in our country. As the cargoes are of high value in the ro-ro transportation, the safety of production operation is of great importance, especially in the handling process. Therefore, ensuring the safety of ro-ro transport is critical procedure in developing the ro-ro transportation. In order to ensure the safety of ro-ro production so as to protect the quality, improve the level of safety management, reduce the security risks, prevent accidents, analyze and predict the production of the main cargo, dangerous, harmful factor is very necessary.According to characteristics of the automobile ro/ro process production and the production of cargo related standards, specifications, this paper use risk analysis table and safety inspection table in advance to analyze the safety of ro-ro operation. Besides, the known risk categories in the ro/ro production process, operation process, the potential risk and hazardous in management of the discriminant are checked about.Secondly, based on the job site investigation and the analysis of previous work, in-depth analysis of many factors of ro/ro enterprises accident are find out. Finally, the event tree of rolling accident is established according to the factors. This paper use the event tree to calculate the appearing probability of an accident. In the last, some effectively improvement measures are presented in the risk prevention.
