The reasons of the hydraulic system leak are wide range, a lot of the site of leakage, mustfrom program design to the manufacturing process of the components, and assembly processesfor leakage control. In order to control the leakage of hydraulic systems, the leakage ofhydraulic components have to be controlled first.This paper have done in this article is:1. Accessed to a large number of domestic and international data to understand thehydraulic system for leaks, analysis of domestic and international leakage current study ofleakage from the hydraulic components, the annual oil leak lead to environmentalpollution,waste of resources, must control of the leakage of the system,2. Accessed to the hydraulic related knowledge, introduced four hydraulic componentscommon leakage forms (crevice leak, porous leak, leak adhesion, power leakage),summarizedthe age gap formula of the amount of leakage.3. Hydraulic components leak control measures have seal structure of leakage control andclearance seal leakage control, with the seals sealing device can achieve zero leakage staticsealing, but badly worn, difficult to heat, the seals need to be replaced periodically. The clearanceseal the small gap is formed for the relative movement between the components of the high flowresistance so as to achieve control of the leakage of hydraulic components, the disadvantage ofhigh precision machining of the element.4. This paper aimed at the hydraulic system leaks, leaking hydraulic cylinder pistonclearance experiments, the rotary joint leakage control, modeling and simulation. In this paper,Gambit meshed the rotary joint modeling, and then import the model into Fluent simulation.Through the simulation results, analysis the leakage of the components,then give the controlmeasures.
