As we all know, the industrialization of building described as standardized design,industrial production, assembly-construction and building information management tobuild, use and management is the inevitable trend of development of the industrializationof construction and profound changes in the construction industry. Prefabricatedstructure is considered to be the ideal form of industrialization.While abuse of theassembly structure making the ideal form misunderstood and unacceptable by thecustomer and market recently. In order to promote this structure and explore practicalway of industrialization, we conduct the research for the mechanical properties of theprefabricated floor——a new composite slab, honeycomb-style prestressed concretecomposite slabs.honeycomb-style prestressed concrete composite slab is composed of prestressedconcrete sheet down and honeycomb-style ribs formed cells to which by fillinglightweight materials to reduce weight. The ribs act as shear connectors of prefabricatedslab and after-pouring concrete. In the Paper composited slabs are simplified as the T-shaped cross-section to know the bearing capacity. The finite element method are use toanalyze the carrying capacity as contrast.In the test of precast specimen,the value ofbearing capacity and rigidity are larger than the theoretical value. In the test ultra ribsdestruction happened in the unfilled specimen while appropriate ribs damage happened inthe filled specimen with foam blocks.Failure modes of composite surface are discussed according to the value ofα h.Thebearing capacity formula was derived to the factor relevant to the capacity and measuresto improve it. The prestress rebars have great impact on the main stress at the end of theslab. The paper analyzes the effect of the lateral ribs on the force.
