Hardware-in-the-loop(HIL) simulation is a novel real-time simulation technique emerging in recent years with the advantages of high validity, convenience for testify and design of the plan, time and cost reduction in development period. A HIL real-time simulation platform with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) controlled was built while PMSM is widely used in the current industry. At first, the hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation technology status, development process of PMSM control techniques, and the principle of field oriented control(FOC) were anaylized. By the software development process of hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation which was based RT-LAB,PMSM and inverter models were established. The code of FOC algorithm in the DSP was designed by model-based design method. The system integration and the test method with the experimental results were elaborated at last. The experimental process and results proved the system’s excellent performance. The model in the simulator was controlled by the DSP code which was generated by real time work shop.PMSM performed an excellent stability, transient performance. And during debugging process, give full play to the multiple functions of the RT-LAB system,real-time observation of the control performance,real-time adjustment of system parameters, improved the efficiency of research work greatly. Also, established an experimental platform for subsequent researchers to verify novel permanent magnet synchronous motor control algorithm. |
