As a commonly used form of deep foundation, the pile foundation plays a pivotalrole in the security of the entire structure. The cost and duration occupy a largeproportion of the total project and it has a great influence on the whole project goals.However, it is prone to be various problems and accidents in the construction phase; theyare affected by many uncertain risk factors. Therefore, analyzing the uncertain riskfactors of pile foundation and studying risk assessment in-depth is of large significance.It is prone to be a variety of quality issues in the pile construction process, and theyare affected by many risk factors. This thesis analyzed various uncertain risk factors ofthe pile construction process in the hole, steel cage fabrication and installation, concretepouring stages, established pile foundation construction risk assessment system. And onthis basis, it built a risk assessment model with the principle of gray relational analysisto evaluate the implementation results of the each stage comprehensively. Depending onthe gray correlation degree about the evaluated and the ideal indicators to make thefactors that have large deviations be the focus of the subsequent construction control.Finally, the gray relational risk assessment model is applied to a specific instance toevaluate the pile foundation construction process. The evaluation results showed that therisk assessment model has a certain rationality and feasibility, and it provides atheoretical basis for risk assessment applications for similar projects with largereference.
