| Being a part of interior design, Chinese traditional soft decoration plays an important role ofutility and decoration in interior space. It combines traditional elements and modern design, whichnot only revive modern interior decoration but also paves the way for Chinese excellent traditionalculture to pass from generation to generation.This paper starts a deep analyses, through the view of connotation, function, characters,developing course and market status to give us an overall study of interior decoration. It describes fiveaspects of Chinese traditional soft decoration（humanity ideas, furniture,fabric textile, stuff andgreening)among which humanity ideas refers to the cultural attribute in all the soft decoration forms.Itis actually the cultural elements and the essence of Chinese traditional soft decoration.As forfurniture, fabric,displays and plants, they are the embodiments of "softness". On the basis of thoroughanalyses, we can summarize the discipline and manners in traditional soft decoration, which could beapplied to actual cases.We provide theoretical support to the application by doing this research, and lay a solid basis forChinese traditional soft decoration to walk from history to modernization and sensational to rational. |
