The performance characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo fatigue test bed and the development status at home and abroad are discussed. In this paper, the Steering-gear fatigue test bench is studied. The circuit for stimulating the level of reverse、vertical vibration and torsion of the input shaft control of steering-gear is designed, and the coordination problems of force condition in vertical and horizontal motion when stimulating steering-gear is deeply studied and stimulated.Control part of the test-bed is designed adopting DSP2812, CPLD and peripheral circuit.and ISA bus is used to achieve the data communication between the PC and the next-bit machine.Learn computer programming technology, study on underlying dynamic link library of the computer and communicate effectively in real-time with DSP using interrupt technology.In PID control, integral saturation phenomenon is very common to cause system instability:In this paper a method is presented to eliminate the integral saturation phenomenon and the control performance of the system improved.Finally, MATLAB is used to dynamically simulate and correct coordination problems of horizontal movement and vertical movement. The coordination ability of electro-hydraulic servo system is increased. The actual working conditions of the steering-gear are simulated faithfully and the purpose of the test is achieved.
