With economic development,the consumption of Fossil fuel increase gradually Fossil fuel as a kind of non-renewable resources has been on the verge of exhaustion. The energy problem become more and more serious. The development of new renewable energy is imminent. At the moment, renewable energy available mainly include:hydraulic power, wind energy, nuclear energy, tidal energy and bioenergy, etc. Among them, the wind with its great superiority and development the potential to become one of the countries all over the world to develop a kind of clean energy. The main form of wind power’s utilization is the wind power generation. In this process, the utilization ratio of wind power is a primary issue in the development of wind power restriction. The key components in the Wind machine is vane. And the structure of vane depends on the airfoil. Therefor, In the present period of wind power not developed, the fundamental measures to improve the utilization rate of wind power is to research and design a blade which can requirements condition of the wind machine.In this paper,on the base of present the theory of aerodynamic design of the blade,I will analysis methods currently used of wind turbine design and a optimized blade will be designed targeted to average annual electricity generation and density of the blade.Firstly, summarizing the theorys of wind turbine aerodynamic design and finishing the related design methods.Next, describes optimization theorys and building the theory of optimum design of wind turbines. Finally, establish a mathematic model and then for optimized design of the blade.
