This paper designed a Qin-tai type sedan locking device comprehensive performance test-bed according to sedan locking device on-line detection requirements, analyzed small range and high precision dynamic force measurement technology, proposed a locking force simulation load mechanism and pendulum rod stroke displacement detection mechanism and double detection plate drive mechanism, which effectively realized fast driving for locking device check station in narrow space. It realized the full digital control of multiple parameters on-line detection function through using IPC, DSP servo controller, high speed A/D capture card and force sensor, displacement sensor to constitute automatic closed loop control system. The detection time for single locking device was less than20s; the motor stall current measuring range was0.1-10A with accuracy of±2%; displacement measuring range was0.1-25mm with accuracy of±1%; push-pull force measuring range:1-50N, and the accuracy reached±1%, also can detect the conduction resistance state when micro-switch was closed and cover-screw locking state. The designed computer control interface with good man-machine interactive can draw force, displacement, current changing with time curves and the mutual correlation curve, which was convenient for field real-time analysis for results of locking device and met the requirements of on-line detection.
