In the21st century, with the rapid development of science and technology, manufacturing is more rapid take-off. The car as a means of transport are into people’s daily life, it is not only to bring the convenience of transportation, but the car is also a symbol of identity and status, it is the quality of people’s lives has been improved. Electric window regulator system as an important part of the car doors and windows, it is one of the higher frequency components using, is required of it directly determines the security,driving vision and comfort of car. So the electric window regulator performance testing has important significance.In this paper, the rope of electric window regulator are detected and analyzed in the production line. First, virtual prototype modeling of electric glass lifter is created by three-dimensional software, and dynamic simulation through recurdyn, to detect the production line to provide a theoretical basis; Secondly, flexible clamping technology, as one of key technology are designed and simulated, an important part are analyzed by the finite element and optimized. The control programming, the ladder for the detection of glass lift station are created by programmable logic controller, and then the ladder program are simulated to achieve stable control. Finally, depending on the differently electric window regulator, the modular design of test-station are designed. Overall stent frame were modal analysis, for the analysis and optimization of vibrating parameters of mechanical structure provides a theoretical basis.
