Abstract/Summary:
This text is based on the research background and significance of steering box middle axle durable test machine as the starting point, firstly,introduce the research status of middle axle test machine at home and abroad, and then,briefly introduce steering box middle axle; and combine with the testing requirements of the project, put forward the main content and overall functional and technology requirement of steering box middle axis comprehensive and durable machine design.According to the principle of modular structure design of test machine, the text devise overall structure and layout scheme of test machine, and then,complete the overall design of test machine. On this basis, continue to design and model selection in detail on all parts of components of test machine, including the selection of all kinds of sensors, servo motor selection, structure of components and parts design,ultimately, successfully complete the mechanical structure design of test machine.In addition, this text is also proceed modal analysis for the key components and parts regulating nut,and the servo control system is designed,then,the whole test machine is analyzed, improved the shortcomings of the original design.
