The coming of the information age is changing the production of human society and lifestyle. The existence of human is always inadvertently changed. In modern society, as the most important part of social development, the work entered the digital world before life.Nowadays the Culture and Arts have presented a diverse and popular, at the same time high-tech brought the efficient and convenient for people’s life, so the people put in a higher claim for the spirit of the office product functions. In the new digital era, designs of office digital products should satisfy the practical function and spiritual demand in order to build up the convenient, comfortable, efficient, healthy and relaxed working environment. Under this circumstance, the office digital products should meet the demands of different working models, fields, aesthetic and psychological features of different occupational groups as well as the environmental protection and cultural display. Only in this way, can the design of digital products satisfy the material needs of modern official business and reflect the spirit of the age and artistic temperament.In the first section of the essay, the problems in the design of the office digital products are stated on the basis of the development of the office digital products. In the second section of the essay, the designing ideology in the informative era is stated, including environmental design, emotional design, non-material design, which make the designing styles more environmental friendly, humanized and emotional. In the third section of the essay, the designing elements for the new office forms and different staff are researched to predict the tendency of the development of office digital products, satisfy the special needs of different people in order to contribute harmonious and healthy working atmosphere. In the last section of the essay, the tendency in the designing of office digital products is pursued on the basis of the forecast in the technology and designing culture in the future.
