As one of the important supporting system of the passenger train, The trainair-conditioning system take the responbility for adjusting the temperature and freshthe air inside.In order to promote the function of the air-conditioning system,the collectionof temperature of the interior space and the speed of interior space wind should bedone under certain duct temperature and air volume. The data analysis will beenanalysed by matlab to make the interior space air cloud into images to optimize ductand vent design to solve the lack of air volume in circulation, and make the interiorspace airflow smooth and heat balanced.We smiply complex control system with the manufacturing experience of theair conditioning and ventilation test rig,which has ran for a long time. It makes itmore suitable for the in-vehicle system running test by improving data collectionsystems as well as the configuration software of the host computer. The data ofreceiving and sending by using wireless, which can be transformed through a wiredconnection.This system uses the common computer as the upper machine and theinstallation and has been installed with the software of the information collectionand processing developed by Delphi7, which cuts the cost and increases flexibility.In some cases we can directly take the whole system into the compartment,through the wireless or wired network real-time data transmission will done withother computer. The lower machine is PLC, which is collecting and processing unitof data and transmitt control signals downloaded by upper machine to DA unit thattransforms the signal into analog signal, and transmit data of temperature,humidity, micro differential pressure to the upper machine.We identificated the transforming function expression by one order stepresponse. The system in the laboratory to produce the test for the prototype, and hasachieved good results.
