With the rapid development and network operation of urban rail transit construction in China, the traffic passengers of rail transit network keep rising. The huge traffic passengers and complex space-time distribution on network has brought the huge challenge for the passenger flow organization safety and emergency disposal of urban rail. How to accurately analyze the dynamic evolution process of the road network traffic, especially for complex evolution process of passenger flow under unconventional emergency? It has become an urgent need to be solved for China’s urban rail transit network safe and efficient operations management.Under the emergency, the local line of rail transit network will be impossible, it leads to some of passengers can’t arrive at its destination through daily transfer line. Firstly, the paper introduces the research status quo of urban rail traffic distribution on the normal network and the emergency network. Secondly, it discusses the rail transit network traffic characteristics and dynamic evolution on the normal network and the interrupt network, and the rail transit operating safety. Then it analyzes the factors influencing the passenger travel route choice, and introduces the methods of route net model and path search involved in urban rail transit passenger flow distribution model. Thirdly, on the basis of the above, this paper combining emergencies, travel time, crowded degree and transfer convenience, establishes the impedance function, and the multipath and disequilibrium passenger flow distribution model under emergency. An example under the virtual network calculations is shown and the results are analysed. Finally, using the programming language, this paper simulate the real dynamic propagation process of the passenger flow on Beijing urban rail transit network, analyzes the spread scope and the influence degree of the unexpected passenger flow, verifies the effectiveness of the methods, and makes a theoretical basis for the urban rail transit emergency disposal and decision.
