As a new form of wireless energy transmission technology, magnetic resonance coupling wireless energy transmission has attracted increasing interests around the world. By generating high frequency magnetic fields via resonance coils in resonance frequency, the energy transmission channel will be produced by the resonance between magnetic fields which have equal frequency, then energy can transfer from transmit coil to receive coil through this channel. Compared with the traditional electromagnetic induction wireless energy transmission technology, magnetic resonance coupling technology has longer transmission distance and the energy transmission direction is not fixed to a particular one. As a result of its characteristics, magnetic resonance coupling technology has a wide application prospect.This paper mainly forced on the research of basic working principle and the system design of magnetic resonance coupling wireless energy transmission. Then we analyze the key factors which have obvious influence on the energy transmission efficiency, and give out the curve of system energy transmission efficiency. Based on the above theoretical analysis, give out an optimization design method of the planar spiral resonance coil.In this paper, a mathematical model of magnetic resonance coupling wireless energy transmission is established, the key factors of system is analyzed and calculated respectively by the circuit theory method and the coupled-mode theory. The basic working principle of wireless energy transmission is given and the energy transmission channel is found out. And use MATLAB software simulation to analyze the voltage and current of coils equivalent circuit, the simulation results verify the correctness of the equivalent circuit model.Resonance coils are the key unit in magnetic resonance wireless energy transmission device. A flat spiral coil is selected as resonance coils and an optimized coil design method-Transmission line model method is proposed in this paper, this method including the optimize design of structure parameter and calculation of the equivalent lumped parameter. Programming the algorithm in MATLAB, and then calculate equivalent circuit parameters and the resonant frequency of the resonance coil through this program. On the basis of program calculation result, two flat spiral coils which have same structure parameter are built. Comparing the actual measurement result of coils parameter with the program calculation value, we found that the error between them is within10%.Based on the former analysis, a magnetic resonance coupling wireless energy transmission device is built. A bulb-15W is successfully lighten in distance of50cm, and the efficiency of the whole system is about62%.Finally, we measured the working voltage and current of coils and draw out the curves of system efficiency and the key factors. The general design process of magnetic resonance coupling wireless energy transmission system is summarized in this paper.
