At present, the micro grid system run independently operating problems, the island hasbecome a focus of research experts and scholars in the world. But in most studies, the controlof micro-grid under the island there are many problems. For example using photovoltaicpanels as a system of power units, units will be influenced by light intensity and illuminationtime, makes the power supply unit to the system power supply of discontinuity, cause thewhole system running within the phenomenon of energy gap, which cause the system run inisland power imbalance, output power quality is bad, if to the main grid power, due to internalpower is difficult to match makes it hard for the output voltage phase Angle is consistent withthe main grid, cause the whole system is paralyzed.View of the above problems, the article builts the side of the original inverter DC voltageregulator power to supply photovoltaic cells to solve the problem of discontinuity.Using theduty cycle of the DC voltage regulator in the control unit to adjust the freewheeling time andpower, derived by calculating the stability of the duty cycle output.When the output of thesystem in order to solve the stability and the internal network when the power problem, usingthe method of controlling the inverter output of the power balance control system, the methodby using particle swarm iterative algorithm to eliminate the phase with the mains voltageangle difference between the phase angle to be bound by the output of the inverter is alsocoupled to provide accurate contact point of the power decoupling system, based on the phaseangle of the main network reference quantity decoupling unit, the different phases inaccordance with angular size for different decoupling model to achieve a balance of powerwithin the system through accurate control of active and reactive power, the ultimate power toresolve island operation control. Finally, using Matlab software to simulate the newmicro-grid model, testing results show that the island is running under the control of the newmicro-grid powers’balance is stable and accurate.
