With the continuous development of the power converter, more and more people needhigh efficiency and low cost converters which also can adapt to a variety of occasions. On thebasis of existing theory, the paper proposes a kind of new power isolation converter which ishighly efficient and can adapt to the wide input voltage.These high efficient power conversion circuits such as the quasi resonant flyback type,the active clamp forward type, the phase-shift full bridge converter, LLC quasi resonantconverter are analyzed in the paper. Aiming at their existing problems, the paper puts forwardthe natural zero voltage switching converter. Although the efficiency of natural zero voltageswitching converter is very high, but its output is not able to achieve voltage regulation, at thesame time there are some problems with wide input voltage. Therefore, on the basis of theconverter, the paper stabilizes the voltage of the former level and puts forward a high efficientisolation converter.The principle and working condition of the topology and the control model of converterare analyzed firstly in the paper. The control model of converter is finally determined. Then itanalyzes the performance of the switch tube, the inductor, the transformer, output rectifier ofthe converter in detail, concludes its advantage compared with the single-stage converter.Then the paper deals with two converter parameters design, according to the parameters tochoose the appropriate components and control chip. On the basis of the specific componentsparameters, the paper calculates the losses of this topic converter and single-stage convertertheoretically, calculates the efficiency of them, compares the theoretical data.The paper alsobuilds the simulation model of the two converters, compares the result of the simulation.Finally, this paper carries out the experiments to verify the efficient isolation type powerconverter and get the test results through the experiments, verifies the characteristics of thepower converter this isolation through the theory and practice. Compared with single-stageconverter, this converter achieves zero voltage switching without any additional components,can reduce the wastage of the switch tube, it can adapt to the wide range of input voltage atthe same time, get the stable output voltage, and can achieve higher efficiency than thesingle-stage converter.
