Pipes are one of indispensable elements in the hydraulic system, and their dynamic characteristic has a great effect on the performance of hydraulic system. Research on damping and vibration characteristic of hydraulic pipes help people design the layout of the hydraulic pipeline system. And the research will also contribute to realize vibration and noise reduction of hydraulic system. What’s more, it will provide us with reference to design energy-saving hydraulic system, which can reduce the energy loss of system.Based on the principle of fluid mechanics, the mathematical models of hydraulic pipeline damping and vibration characteristics by the action of pressure impact and pulsation are set up in this paper. Besides, the related simulation analysis is carried out in the paper. The main contents of each chapter are summarized as follows:In chapter1, the research background and significance are elaborated. And then the pipeline unsteady friction and the mechanism of fluid-structure coupling vibration are outlined. What’s more, the research status at home and abroad of the pipeline damping characteristics and vibration characteristics are reviewed based on a large amount of publications and conference papers.In chapter2, traditional experience friction model of hydraulic pipe friction loss and the quasi constant friction model, which is based on the traditional friction model, are introduced. Then based on the law of fluid mechanics, an unsteady friction model is established.The unsteady friction model is suitable for computing the frictional resistance loss of pipeline under the unsteady flow condition.In chapter3, based on Timoshenko beam theory, a mathematical model of fluid-solid coupling vibration of hydraulic straight pipe under the action of unsteady flow is established.And the specific expressions of the mathematical model by the action of flow excitation are deduced.In chapter4, a simulation model of hydraulic components damping and vibration test platform was built in the environment of AMESim. And the damping characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline are studied on the basis of the test platform simulation model. The result differences of the unsteady friction model and the traditional friction model under the action of pressure impact and pulse are analyzed. Besides, influence factors of the frictional loss of hydraulic pipeline are discussed under the unsteady flow condition. Finally, some conclusions, which will conduce to the design of energy-saving hydraulic pipeline are put forward on the basis of the established model and the simulation research in this paper.In chapter5, based on the ANSYS software, the fluid-structure coupling vibration characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline is studied. And the influencing factors of pipe vibration characteristics are analyzed. What’ more, the relationship between unsteady friction and vibration of pipe is particularly discussed in this chapter.In chapter6, the article’s main research work and achievements are summarized, and further work and direction of the subject are provided for further research.
