| With the rapid development of science and technology in21th century, the spatial structures in the world have been widely used, and are developing toward a huge and complicated direction. Such large-span spatial structures are usually applied to landmark public buildings and civilian facilities. It has been a symbol of a country’s level of science and technology. Therefore, during the construction and service period, the health monitoring and diagnosis under various disasters and damages, early warning and identification research of the spatial structures, are not only a great academic value, but also a more important practical significance. The data from sensor is the basic of health monitoring, so a reasonable sensor arrangement is getting more and more attentions.Firstly, this paper introduces the research status about optimal sensor placement both at home and abroad. The present study of the sensor arrangement are largely based on vibration performance of the structure, it may not suitable to large span space structures. In this paper, take a sensitive analysis on space structure. Proposed a concept of load sensitivity and give the evaluation formula. Then introduces two sensitive analysis methods:Monte Carlo method and orthogonal test, and take a comparison of the two methods.Secondly, take a double cylindrical shell as an example, introduce the load sensitivity analysis process and sensor placement. Several examples of calculation results show that method is applicable in space frame structures. In addition, get some rules of sensor placement on space frame structures by changing the structure parameters.In this paper, also take a monolayer shells for example, using the Monte Carlo method and orthogonal test for sensitivity analysis and dispose sensor on it. According to the result, orthogonal test is more applicable to space frame structure. According to the analysis result, sort the member bars by significance. Several examples of calculation results show that method is applicable in space frame structures.Finally, based on the former research of optimal sensor placement by sensitive analysis on large span space structure, a sensor placement system which take sensitive analysis as core has been initially developed. |
