At present, human beings have to face two big challenges brought by climate changing and economic crisis. So we have to adjust the current economic development model to promote the whole society to a low carbon transformation by using more clean energy. But how to make wind power generators have higher power efficiency became the key problem that experts home and abroad are hardly trying to solve. As the brain of wind generator system, the control system is the key of the key. Therefore, the research of independent intellectual property rights of wind power control system has a big meaning.This thesis focuses on the research of direct-drive permanent magnet (DDPM) synchronous wind turbine variable-pitch PLC control system. Based on the research situation and trend of the subject, this paper put modern industrial control theory into wind turbine control system and designed the hardware and control logic of DDPM wind turbine variable-pitch PLC control system from the reliability of the wind turbine.According to the application environment of DDPM, this thesis analyzed various factors of the plateau geographical environment that the system had to adapt. And then it designed the hardware of the variable pitch control system, and the optimized design ensured the security and reliability.With the model of XE-2000wind turbine, the paper analyzed many factors that the wind turbine will encounter such as fault and emergency. Then the thesis detailedly designed the variable-pitch PLC control logic and control flow when the system was running at normal and emergency situation, problem solving and the charging control of spare battery.
