Three campus publictoilet design overall satisfaction survey users to an average of3.0points, satisfactionis a regular, one of hunan normal university headquarters highest score, butsatisfaction is general only, the others all below3points, satisfa ction is not satisfied.User interviews shows that the campus public toilet hygiene is bad, long queuing time,facilities is not complete, poor security, clutter, waiting area small, less compartmentdomain, single bathroom space is too small, toilet location is not good looking.Cleaners interviews shows that the lady’s room is easy to spatter, urine, excrement andurine waste paper types and quantity, clean more; The hand washing area hair piledup, not easy to clean, easy to jam. Toilet activity analysis showed that women inaddition to the toilet for a long time, also used the toilet of semi-closed space thinkinglife, venting, conversations, etc., the lady’s room or graffiti, peeking often hair area.For instance the female toilet’s research suggests that the cause of female friendlydegrees difference from the architectural point of view, one is the spatial distributionis not reasonable, many functional areas public toilets with less or no;2it is lack ofcampus public toilets indicator system; Third, public toilets and function spacedistance is longer, the toilet line stretched, and traffic streamline cross; Four is thefemale toilet internal design function space generally lack of management between thespace and the barrier-free toilet; Five is hardware installation position according to theChinese women are using custom design, free toilet indicator system between singlerely on locks, lighting and ventilation are also not content with the specific needs ofwomen.
