Nowadays, with the increasing burden on energy exhaustion and environment pollution, as a cleanly and renewable energy, solar energy has become a hotspot in the whole world. At the same time, the technique of the PV (Photovoltaic) conversion has come into the level of large-scale application. In the coming time, the application of the PV power system will have a bright prospect. As the core energy conversion device of PV power system, it attaches great importance to the study and optimization of inverter.This paper focuses on the study and optimization of hardware system in household type PV grid-connected inverter, and a1.5kW hardware system with stable performance is designed. This system is composed of three parts, which are Boost module, Power Factor Correction (PFC) module and inverter module. Firstly, after the deeply study of the basic theory of boost circuit, the circuit structure and component parameters are designed. Then the characteristic of boost circuit is verified by the experimental platform and simulation circuit that is established by PSpice. Secondly, the PFC circuit and component parameters are designed after the study of the basic theory of PFC, and the results of experiment show that PFC module enhances the effficency of the system greatly. Thirdly, to design the inverter circuit structure of this system, the inverter theory and circuit structures are studied in detail. The results of simuliation model which is established under the environment of PSpice and experimental platform show that the inverter circuit has achieved a good performance. Besides, the sample circuit, protect circuit, drive circuit and power circuit are also designed in these three parts. Furthermore, in order to minize the impact brought by electromagnetic interference to the system, the EMC optimization is took into account in the whole design process. Finally, after a long time test for the entire hardware system, the system is stable and accurate.
