Only a little individual institutions and units make a preliminary study and design ofmixture ratio on properties of the waste concrete and abandoned sintered brick recycledlightweight aggregate concrete in the aspect of the construction waste resource utilization andapplication of recycled concrete in our country. Researches are made on properties of thewaste concrete, including the physical properties, chemical properties, mechanical properties,structure, properties, performance and durability, etc; In the aspect of sintered brick recycledwaste, researches are made, including the feasibility of waste brick as aggregate and variousmechanical properties of abandoned brick aggregate concrete and its compressive strength ofinfluence factors etc, which provide a theoretical basis for practical application for laterabandoned building materials. In terms of the mixed of waste concrete and abandoned brickconcrete, some scholars put a small amount brick aggregate as a coarse aggregate and fineaggregate for research, but researches on different proportions of recycled brick aggregate andrecycled concrete aggregate, insteaded of natural aggregate, have not been reported.This article, using waste concrete and waste brick, crushed, screened, washed, improved,mixed in different ratio of recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate, insteadof all natural aggregate, prepares middle and lower strength concrete. Aiming to draw lessonsfrom foreign research results and mainly basing on the domestic research status, researchesare the basic physical properties, mix design, the best replacement rate, all kinds ofmechanical properties (cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength, splittingtensile strength and the stress-strain relationship) and the relationship between the variousindicators of the mixture of recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate. Testresults show that:(1) Research have been made on the influence law of different moisture content on themechanical properties and optimum moisture content of recycled brick aggregate suitable forpractical application of recycled brick aggregate, artificial crushed, washed, screened,strengthened, in Shandong agricultural university laboratory;(2) Research have been made on physical and mechanical properties (crush index,apparent density, bulk density, water absorption) of the mixture of recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate, mechanical crushed and screened, getting the mixture canimprove significant characteristics of the recycled brick aggregate, low of aggregate strengthand high of water absorption;(3) Based on reference to the mix proportion design of ordinary concrete and the methodof orthogonal test, Research have been made on the best value range of major parameters(water cement ratio, sand ratio, unit water consumption) in design of mixture ratio on mixtureof recycled brick aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate in different mixing proportionand the best mixing proportion;(4) Prepared the block of recycled materials ecological concrete, Researches have beenmade on the cube compressive strength, axial compressive strength and splitting tensilestrength;(5) Research have been made on analysis of the test result on the basic mechanicalperformance of recycled materials ecological concrete, setting the relationship formulabetween the cube compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, cube compressivestrength and the axial compressive strength;(6) Experimental study on the stress-strain curve under different replacement of recycledmaterials ecological concrete.
