As computer technology continues to evolve, BIM to advanced concepts and production efficiency of the entire construction industry greatly enhance the widespread concern. With traditional2D drawing drawings compared to its biggest advantage is the establishment of true three-dimensional information model, directly through the three-dimensional model to extract the necessary information, if we can learn from BI M philosophy, excellent design software developed to assist in detail designers to complete the post-processing of steel, production detail design, not only can improve efficiency, but also can reduce the detail design of various problems.This topic based on the visual modeling and parametric drawing Of BIM of expansion plan, and in accordance with generating process of the modeling and the drawing. This system researches the techniques of object-oriented programming, the friendly interface design, and the CAD graphics processing. And it also combined with the experience of molding and drawing the expansion plan of the steel components. The design platform of the system is the Civil3D, and its development language is VB.NET. These systems combines the technology of AutoCad VBA with the ActiveX, realizeing the function of building the visual model and extends the data, and draw the expansion plan by the calculated results and automatic dimensioning, finally realize the showing of the visual model and the expansion plan in the same space. The visualization model truly shows the components with multi-angle and the drawing of the expansion plan meet the needs of modern design in both accuracy and speed, and it will be the effective production tools for worker. At last we use the software to bulid the model and Statistical volume of steel of a flour machine, and it proved that the system is easy to use, reliable and normative, and it is a successful application of CAD technology in the steel design. |
