| Heat pipe is the most common and efficient heat conduction component of heat transferequipment in today’s society. Aluminum stands out in the field of heat pipe with its richsource and low price. The working medium of aluminium heat pipe we used currently isacetone which is extremely flammable and explosive threating to human health. We adopt aconversion coating to improve the corrosion resistance of aluminum and find the replacement.Firstly, this paper introduces the working principle and research status of solar collectors,the structure and heat transfer theory of aluminum heat pipe. Research the steady work of heatpipe. Studying on the influence of different heat transfer limit inflect on heat pipe. The reasonof how non-condensable gas generate in the heat pipe is analyzed in detail. The researchstatus at home and abroad on heat pipe is introduced also.The conventional heat pipe selection principles are described in detail and analyzing theinfluence of different factors on the heat pipe especial the influence of non-condensable gas inthe heat pipe. Compatibility remove most types of working medium, but it can be resolvedthrough surface treatment technology. So the compatibility principles can be ignored. Choosethe working medium with traditional principle and present a new method which namedreverse selection method.Secondly, design and build the heat pipe test platform, complete the test of heat pipe withdifferent medium. Choose the good performance of heat transfer working medium-water. Inview of the water heat pipe compatibility problems, propose the use of traditional chemicalconversion film and environment-friendly chemical conversion film treatment way to preventwater from reaction with tube. By testing, we find that both methods can improve thecorrosion resistance.Finally, have a test on treated heat pipe and untreated heat pipe. Experimental resultsshow that the performance fell slightly after surface treatment. But it can be workinglong-term and stable. |
