With the adjustment of urban energy structure in China, natural gas has become the firstsource of urban fuel gas supply, more and more cities have realized natural gas supply throughpipeline. Rush-repair and maintenance of the pipeline often take place in the process of gassupply and cause the stoppage of the supply of natural gas, which can be effectively reducedor even eliminated by using the mobile LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)emergency gas supplydevice. At present, this device is still in its infancy both at home and abroad, LNG vaporizersused in it including AAVs (Ambient Air Vaporizers) and SCVs (Submerged CombustionVaporizers) have respective drawbacks and can’t adapt to the requirement of emergency gassupply and energy conservation and emissions reduction, which greatly limits its application,therefore, it’s necessary to develop a novel LNG mobile emergency gas supply facility withbetter performance.This paper introduces the energy-saving technology of ASHPWH(Air Source Heat PumpWater Heater) and advanced automatic control technology into LNG mobile emergency gassupply facility, developing a novel air-source LNG mobile emergency gas supply device,which can fully utilize air energy to gasify LNG and satisfy the requirements of differentusers’ emergency gas supply with rational structure, adjustable capacity, high efficiency andstability. The main research work and the results are as follows:1. The overall frame and corresponding automatic control system of the novel air-sourceLNG mobile emergency gas supply device are designed. The control system can ensure thesafe and stable operation of the novel facility and deal with the variation of heating loadcaused by the change of gas consumption and environment, making the novel facility’scapacity regulatory in different working conditions.2. Strict energy and mass balance calculation is implemented with the aid of Aspen Plussoftware to determine the stream parameters and equipment loads, then equipment selectionof the novel facility is carried out based on above parameters combined with the technicalparameters supplied by equipment manufacturers3.Comprehensive evaluation of the novel air-source LNG mobile emergency gas supplydevice is completed from economic, energy-saving and environmental benefits by comparison with the indirect fired water bath LNG mobile emergency gas supply facility...
