Our country has always pay great importance on the coal mine safety. Roadway engineering is the most important of the coal mine safety, and the drilling well engineering is a throat engineering in coal mine. Although drilling well engineering only occupied5%in the roadway engineering, but the construction period of drilling well engineering occupied40%in the roadway engineering. In China, shaft drilling is the one of mine construction technology. And the drilling shaft lining of wall back filling is one important part of shaft drilling, and directly affect the Shaft’s verticality and stability and sealing water and so on.The main research topic for the mission:To study the special mortar on drilling shaft lining of wall back filling, the mixture ratio of mortar and the dosage of fly ash and the types and dosage of additive on performance,thus to improve the performance of the mortar method, to determine the best mortar mix. First of all, to determine performances of mortar at different Water-Cement Ratio; secondly, test sand particle size effect on the properties of slurry flow; again, addition of different proportions of fly ash and testing the performance of the mortar; then, adding the right amount of compound admixtures to optimize performance of mortar; finally, to determine the optimum mixture ratio of mortar.The results show that:The main factors influencing the wall after filling slurry performance are water cement ratio, grain composition of sand, the mixing amount of fly ash, kinds and quantity of additive. The water-cement ratio is smaller, the greater of mortar’s strength, but liquidity is smaller, when water cement ratio is between of0.3-0.35,mortar effect is best. The smaller of grain composition of sand, the strength of the mortar, and the fluidity of mortar is also better. Content within a certain range of fly ash, the strength of the mortar, and the fluidity of mortar is also better.ZF-lb compound additive can significantly enhance the fluidity and the strength of mortar. Mortar is one of the largest materials in engineering, and plays a binding, packing, and transfer the role of stress.Mortar is made up of cementing materials, fine aggregate and water according to the proportion, in common with masonry in the construction engineering, bear the bond and transfer the role of stres. So in the process of the design and application of the drilling shaft lining of wall back filling, also need to make the material on the premise of performance meeting the engineering requirements. To develop in more areas, such as energy-saving, corrosion resistant, etc., in order to realize the performance, function in harmony with the environment.
