The servo system, favored by many researchers and technical personals among many control systems by virtue of the advantages that the external command signal can be quickly and accurately responded by the output of it, is ideally showing the feature as a system who can provide quality control performance when dealing with the increasing higher industrial control demand and more and more sophisticated social service needs. In the past few decades, especially in the last two decades, the servo system is widely used in many fields such as the control of the automatic lathes in the field of industrial control, also the precise control of the spacecraft and missile in the field of spacecraft and military weapons and other control. Made the servo system a focus control system through its superior performance with a wide range of applications, more and more requirements to the servo system from people and the industrial production along with the improvement of people’s daily life as well as the development of the production technology is proposed, which can be surnmarized to the following three points:the requirements of increasingly highly performance, requirements of more powerful, and requirements of increasingly simple control. It can be seen that developing a servo system with higher-performance, much more power and easier to be controlled is essential and also a general trend.In the field of servo control system, In the structure characteristic and operation, the permanent magnet synchronous motor is more outstanding performance and broader scope lhan the other types of traditional servo motor. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) is applied more and more in AC servo system. Digital controlled AC servo system will be the trend, which uses Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) as power units and high quality control strategy, based on DSP.Based on the research of operation theory of the PMSM, the details of the field-orientation vector theory are presented in this paper. The Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) method is chosen. Determine the id=0current vector control strategies at the same time,and introduces the current loop PI control and speed loop fuzzy PID control. The digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407made by TI Company is adopted as core of the control system in this paper. A full-digital PMSM servo system is developed based on DSP. The design and debugging of all of the control system circuits and periphery assistant circuits is also explained, including the power driving circuit, the power supply circuit and the sensor circuit etc. The software, programmed by Assembly program under the CCStudio3.3Integrated Development Environment (IDE) provided by Ⅱ Company, Complete the main program modules and subroutine module design. Realizing the current A/D sampling, Switching model, speed PI adjuster, etc. Two close loop vector control with feedback of position, speed and current are realized. The flow charts of main program and each subroutine module are given in this paper.The experimental results show that the servo system designed in this thesis has the response speed, small over-correction, torque, wide range of speed etc, has good dynamic and static characteristic and high precision. So it achieves the expectative effect basically. Prove the feasibility of the design of the system.
