Analysis And Countermeasures Of Line Loss Management Problems Of Tonghai Power

"To speed up the construction of a resource-saving, environment-protecting society, as well as improve the level of ecological civilization" is one of China’s core task of economic construction during the "12th Five Year Plan" period. As the power grid enterprises, in order to carry out the state policy of power source, which emphasize power production and power saving equally, the line loss management is a long-term core task that should be executed based on the resource-saving and environment-protecting principles. Beside, the line loss comprehensive rate is also an economic and technical indicator of a grid management enterprise.The subject of this study is the TongHai power supply company, a subsidiary of the China Southern Power Grid Yunnan Power Grid Company. This paper first reviewed the development of power grid comprehensive line loss rate in recent years, and then analyzed the current situation of TongHai power loss management from the aspects of TongHai grid structure, company property variable transmission, power distribution equipment running status, power grid voltage and reactive compensation management, measurement management, electricity order management, customer electricity equipment management, line loss management control and load management。Based on these analyses, the problems as well as the reason causing problems were found out. Finally, the measurements dealing with these problems were proposed based on the management system, technology system, assurance system, Furthermore, a line loss360°management system of Tonghai Power Grid was suggested based on the the line loss "four part" management. The final goal of this study is to accelerate enterprise energy-saving and loss reduction target through a line loss delicacy management.
