| ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of electric vehicle technology and the construction of the smart grid, the suggestion and development of interaction between electric vehicles and grid technology was into the need of The Times. Charge and discharge machine as a key link of V2G application plays an important role in the process of interaction between electric vehicles and grid energy. Research of the thesis is the design of charge and discharge machine and function realization based on V2G application.The thesis focuses on the research and design work of the charging and discharge machine. First, select the three-phase full-bridge inverter DC/AC plus three-phase transformer as the research. On this basis, to reduce the volume of the transformer, then select the isolated bidirectional DC/DC plus three-phase full-bridge inverter DC/AC as the exploration research.On the study of the theory of main circuit and control strategy, this thesis has carried on the simulation based on the Matlab/Simlink, verify the feasibility of the proposed control strategy, and examine the main circuit parameters and the control algorithm, and it can provide reference for hardware experiment platform.The thesis designs the hardware circuit and software programming of the system on the basis of system simulation. Hardware design includes the selection of the main circuit power switch tubeã€the DSP controller sampling circuitã€communication circuit〠IPM peripheral circuit and relay circuit etc; Software design is done based on the TMS320F2812chip, including the main program of the voltage type PWM rectifier DC/AC and the isolated bidirectional DC/DC phase-shifting control design.Then design the PC monitoring interface based on the Labview software, it can through the TCP/IP protocol to communicate with the remote control center, receives the remote scheduling instruction; at the same time it through the CAN bus communication with the battery management system, monitoring the data of the battery; Moreover by RS485communication with the charge and discharge machine, control the charging and discharging machine work. Finally has debugged the hardware and software, participated in the experiment of V2G. |
