Ejection system was a rapid release of energy stored in the system for a short time to achieve the object accelerated to catapult speed setting mechanism, which was widely used in aircraft ejection, surface to air missile launches, lifesaving seat ejection and stealth fighter ejected and so on. Since the application of the ejection systems of ejection mechanism and control put forward very high requirements, so the design of three-way polit self-locking digital valve and ejection system has certain theoretical and application value.The three-way pilot self-locking digital valve which its pilot stage with self-locking function, and adopts the secondary drive control method, realized the large flow and high response. Ejection system mainly consists of a actuating cylinder, a accumulator, cylinders, a main valve and pilot self-locking three-way digital valves. The main point of innovation designe:(1) the self-locking design of pilot stage of the three-way pilot self-locking digital valve which was the key element of the system;(2) the design of wear compensation of the transmission mechanism;(3) the design of the actuator cylinder’s new buffer.The thesis design research’s content:(1) Domestic and international research in the field of digital valve and ejection mechanism provided an overview description of the purpose and significance of the paper, and proposed research tasks.(2) Clarified the working principle and the principle of self-locking of the three-way digital pilot valve, its structural was designed and the simulation was analysised, the structure parameters were optimizated.(3) Conducted the overall ejection system design, and various components of system (actuator, accumulator, cylinders, main valve manifold and buffer bodies) were designed. (4) Established the ejection system and key components of the mathematical model and its simulation based on MATLAB analysis, optimized system parameters which based on simulation results.(5) Builded the experiment platform of the three-way polit self-locking valve and the system, the experimental results showed that the valve and the system meet the design requirements.(6)The summarization of this dissertation and prospect of this research were given.
