| Recently, subway has become the first choice to solve the traffic problems in many major cities with its advantages of high efficiency, large capacity, and low pollution. Insulation performance of the building envelope not only affects energy consumption of the air-conditioning system, but also affects human thermal comfort with indoor airflow distribution. The middle compartment of article is taken as study object in this article. Experimental methods and numerical simulation are introduced. Heat transfer of body building envelope and indoor air distribution are simulated by using Fluent software, through using numerical heat transfer, computational fluid dynamics, and other related theoretical knowledge. The first, the building envelope insulation performance is studied, the first step is to establish the model of the body building envelope by using UG software, the second step is to simulate heat transfer of the building envelope of the whole vehicle, The third step is carried out by insulation performance experiment, the fourth step is to compare the experimental values and the simulation values, and to analyze the reasons for the formation of the error. The second, indoor airflow organization of the middle compartment of the article is simulated by using Fluent software. Airflow organizations is evaluated by using ADPIã€PMV-PPD and other indicators. The strengths and weaknesses of airflow organization have also been pointed out.The last, a set of optimized programs on the air conditioning has been offered, and compared with the original program. |
