The railway is the main artery of the national economy and plays an important role in economic development. The case that the protective structure is constructed next to the high-speed railway happens sometimes. In order to ensure the reliability of the protective structure of the high-speed railway and the safety of personnel and equipments, the mechanical analysis of the protective structure under the pulse power of the high-speed railway becomes very important. This paper based on the East Outer Ring protective structure in the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway Hengyang section, and analysed the structural strength of the protective structure under the pulse power of the high-speed railway.Based on the basic theory of aerodynamics and by use of the large-scale flow field analysis software, this paper analysis the distribution law of air pressure on the anti electricity panel when CRH2and CRH3pass through the protective structure of the high-speed railway in different speed firstly. And determine the air pressure which will be used to analysis the structural mechanical properties of the protective structure of the high-speed railway produced by CRH2and CRH3. Then, based on the basic theory of structural mechanics, this paper analysis the overall structural strength and buckling modes of the protective structure of the high-speed railway in different combination of conditions of the air pressure produced by CRH2and CRH3, the structure weight, local wind load and the weight o and construction load of the1#main beam in space finite element software. At the end of this paper, build part of the model in finite element and analysis the transient force of the protective structure of the high-speed railway in different conditions. This paper analysis the structural strength of the part model which connects the protective wall and the anti electricity panel together.The result of this paper provide a scientific basis for the construction of the bridge across East Outer Ring in the Hunan-Guangxi railway Expansion and reconstruction project Hengyang section, and provide the basis for how to analysis the large area plate-like structure which is near by the high-speed railway.
