Development Strategic Research Of Container Feeder Service In Jinzhou Port

In the resource integration of ports, Liaoning province established a plan that makes the Dalian Port as the main body, Jinzhou port, Dandong port, Yingkou port as flanks, Huludao port, Panjin port as additional ports. Because of this, Jinzhou port developed rapidly and has competition with Dalian port in the coal and grain transportation.In the area of container transport, the advantages of Dalian port are more obvious. And Jinzhou port locates in the western part of Liaoning province, closer to the central part of Liaoning and Jilin, Heilongjiang. So it is important to make resource integration between Jinzhou port and Dalian port. After the integration, it is not only helpful to enhance the function of shipping hub location of Dalian port, but also to promote the development of container service in Jinzhou port. It will accelerate its development of industries in port logistics and related industry and also promote the economic development of Jinzhou City.This article conducted a research about the response to Jinzhou port to development of port logistics on condition that Jinzhou port as a flank of Dalian port. This paper discussed and studied Jinzhou port how to develop port logistics on the basis of practice on container feeder service at home and abroad. The article lay the foundation of container feeder service of Jinzhou port development strategic planning and measures with the SWOT analysis and demand forecasting method from multiple angles and make suggestions on the development of domestic container transportation in Jinzhou port. It is of great practical significance to enhance the competitiveness of the Jinzhou port, consolidate the core position of Dalian port and promote regional economic growth.
