With rapid development of the national economy, the expansion of city scale, the increase in population density and the acceleration of train speed, the traffic problem caused by existing railway in cities is becoming more and more serious, there has growth urgent need for controlling the railway noise problem. Railway soundproof tunnel is highly valued as an important noise reduction measures, but few correlative studies have carried out on.Based on the designing and apply experience of road and urban railway transit, referencing associate references, some problems in early stage of designing railway soundproof tunnel was systemic studied according to characteristics of ralway soundproof tunnel. Then taken existing railway in Changsha urban as study object, the railway sections have the potential to be retrofitted with soundproof tunnel were confirmed by investigating, and the main live load-the aerodynamics load of hign-speed railway tunnel was calculated by numerical simulation software and provide reference. The main content of the paper as follow:(1)General design of soundproof tunnel (including design principles, main works, design process and design optimization) were studied based on the designing and apply experience of road and urban railway transit, associate civil engineering criteria, characteristics of sound proof tunnel. Engineering feasibility study of soundproof tunnel was carried out and a "feasibility assess tool" was reated. The section form, structure form and found design were also studied and discussed.(2)Based on the investigation of Jing-Guang railway go through urban of ChangSha city,the soundproof tunnel for retrofitting the railway engineering feasibility study was carried out according to the characteristic of soundproof tunnel design.(3)on the basis of the initial design of railway soundproog tunnel in ChangSha city, the aerodynamics load of hign-speed railway characteristics on distribution and variation were analysed by calculation sofeware fluent, the fatigue loading spectrum of aerodynamics load was also calculated.
