Sonar designers oughtto refer to parameters and characteristic of reverberation to improve the anti-reverberationperformance of the active sonar system. In consideration of the cost of measuringreverberation and the unrepeatable factors of measuring, the true reverberation is too hard toget. So a simulation sources of reverberation, which own inexpensive, usable and efficientcharacteristic, is necessary.The main content of thesis is bottom-reverberation simulation, discussed the formationof this simulation system, propagation process, scattering process and simplification withsignal and system theory included. It also discussed simulation method, and verify thesimulation result rationality through the analysis of the statistical characteristics.
