With the rapid development of world economy, the number of vehicles andtraffic demand increase sharply which lead to the road traffic conditions deteriorate.In China, the technology of traffic information collection research is in its infancy,there is short of method about the basis of traffic information collection technologies,especially comprehensive testing and evaluation of the dynamic traffic informationcollection equipment. With the development of computer and communicationtechnology, more and more new technology apply in the field of intelligent trafficinformation which bring great convenience to the information collection, transmission,interactive processing.Today traffic condition became complex, it is necessary to clearly understand theoperation of the road network traffic conditions and achieve a reasonable urban trafficmanagement and control. This requires real-time traffic data as well as real-timetraffic data extraction and analysis, thus operate a real-time response about the statusof traffic flow. Traffic road network extraction is attain a online real time road trafficoverall operation status in order to provide a more comprehensive traffic managersconsultation.This paper studies based on multi-source data traffic state feature extractionmethod to carry out a comprehensive and reasonable of urban road traffic stateidentification method, mainly from the data acquisition, data quality assessment, dataanalysis, traffic parameter prediction, traffic state development prediction of severalaspects,designed to build on the basis of multi-source data traffic running featureextraction methods, in order to provide real-time traffic status information to allowtraffic managers to make the right response,supply traffic condition warning,improve traffic congestion, enlarge road network space resources.In this paper, basedon multi-source data acquisition method,multi-source data acquisition and integrationof technology will greatly save transportation cost of access traffic information,improve the quality of data traffic parameter information, improve the utilization ofthe data has been obtained.provide decision for further traffic organization design, access real-time traffic status information on the different types of traffic informationacquisition device parameters in predicting traffic acquisition process,which mustcollect traffic information from different types of data acquisition equipment, toobtain three-dimensional traffic status information in full orientation.The paper research multi-source data acquisition method on the trafficinformation collection and it is based on multi-data detector rules and solutions. Thenanalyzed the data in the acquisition of multi-source traffic problems and data qualityassessment, after proposed based on the weighted average method of multi-sourcedata fast fusion algorithm. Finally, the reliability of road network operational and roadtraffic system, on this basis, build transport reliability index TORI and proposedevaluation method of the reliable short road network traffic dynamic.
