In recent years the high-rise buildings with complex configuration and variousfunctions emerged vigorously, which made the structure form complex and varioussimultaneously. To achieve the structural arrangement with small bay upside and largebay downside and satisfy the requirement of large space and gateway at the bottom,the high building should set the structure transfer story in the relevant position.Because of the big size of the transfer story structure which was a challenge for thesafety management and quality control of the construction project, the research ofsafety management and quality control system for the high-rise building’s transferstory structure had a important engineering significance. The HACCP safetymanagement and quality control system was applied to the coincidence pouringtransfer girder during the construction stage innovatively, which combined aengineering example. The research included:(1) After introducing the basic principle of safety and quality control theory andthe general management tools of construction project safety and quality, the HACCPsafety and quality control system which combined the statistics tools and sensibletools was used to control the safety and quality during the transfer grider construction.(2) After introducing the HACCP safety and quality control system, the hazardanalysis、 critical control points’determination、 critical control point monitoringsystem and related critical control points control measures during the transfer griderconstruction was analysed. The seven critical control point included: the transfergrider stress value、strain value、concrete composition plane、load crack during theconstruction stage、 structural measurement and bearing capacity of formworksupports、the bearing capacity of underpart floor. For the critical control point, themonitoring system was established, which included the CCP management controlsystem and CCP monitoring control system. At the same time, the four monitoringmethods was introduced.(3) Because of the coincidence pouring construction was applied, which shouldconsider the stress characteristics of pre-partial bases’ stress in advance and upperparts’ strain with delay and this was unfavourable to the structure, the stress valuemust be controlled. In the thesis, the calculation method based on the currentcode(GB50010-2010) was adopted, which was compared with the calculation method which considered the internal force transfer ratio. Considering the special skill ofcoincidence pouring construction, the stress analysis which considered the internalforce transfer ratio was adopted during the stress monitoring during the construction.(4)In the safety management of HACCP system, the stress monitoring (CCP1)anddeformation monitoring(CCP2) were used during the safety monitoring ofconstruction. The exact construction control and reasonable design and calculation ofthe formwork supporting system could prevent the cave-in accident. The research ofstructural measurement(CCP3) and bearing capacity(CCP4) of formwork supportscould improve the construction organization design. After calculating the bearingcapacity of underpart floor(CCP5), the structure strengthening measurement of loadtransfer method or steel burying method could be adopted if the bearing capacitycouldn’t satisfy the design requirement.(5)In the quality control of HACCP system, the construction measurement ofconcrete composition plane(CCP6) includes: the choice of processing method, thecontrol of roughness concentration, the interfacial agent, increase of concrete grade,and the use of reinforcement. The non-loaded crack during the constructionstage(CCP7) need take effective methods to decrease the temperature, which included:reduce the heat productivity of cement, reduce the pouring temperature of concrete,layer pouring concrete, inbuilt the water pipe, the layer heat insulation.In the end of thesis, the empirical research of HACCP safety and quality controlsystem was carried out, which included the related measurement of seven criticalcontrol point. The safety management and quality control during the constructionstage of transfer grider was successful, which also providered the calculation analysisand fieldwork data achievement for the similar project in the future.
