With the rapid development of economy, it becomes indispensable for people toown cars in their daily lives. And nowadays, they pay more attention to the functionsof cars, which of course shows the mature development stage of this industry.However, even for the famous brands, it is not rare to see the car recalls events. Wehave got much mature technology in this industry already, but the phenomenon stillshows that much advanced skills are urgently needed to improve the status.Fatigue problem is a big test to all car companies. It produces huge harm that canbring irredeemable loses to the car users. So it forces the car companies to pay moreattention to the fatigue property of all parts, and hope for the fatigue performancedetails by doing vibration test.This paper aims to show whether the vibration test operated by car companies toexamine the fatigue performance of each parts could satisfy the standard of the nation.The main approach used in this research is simulation, and in order to make the resultscontrastive, the testing process fatigue simulation is carried out in this paper, a testpiece, and compared with the experimental results are compared.. And the maincontent of this research are as follows:1. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic theory of frequency domain analysis offatigue. And it makes modal analysis, random vibration analysis, and fatigue analysisfor finite element model which based on the test of some thesis. And what’s more,here compared with the test results, the simulation test is showed to be referencevalued to match the need of project.2. Secondly, in order to imitate the road condition indoor during the car testing,this paper introduces the measure to structure the standard road irregularities byharmony superposition method, and simulate a group of signals of road responsespectrum with Matlab software.3. Besides, it presents the basic theory of acceleration test, and makes finiteelement simulation to the model mentioned before thus to calculate the fatigue life aswell, which based on the original drive signal of emulational road signs. Meanwhile,it makes a simulation test and calculation of acceleration test, which is used tocompared with the fatigue life resulted from the acceleration test, in order to get theconclusion of acceleration test measures that are suitable for car companies.
