At present, the reinforced concrete frame structure is one of the most common structural forms. Lots of reinforced concrete frame structures were badly damaged in many previous earthquakes. Therefore, it’s of great significance to study the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure. In this paper, reinforced concrete frame structures with different column-to-beam strength ratio and cast-in-place slab are studied by the numerical simulation method. Reinforced concrete frame structures with different moment augment factor of column are discussed by increment dynamic analysis method (IDA) and seismic fragility analysis method. The main contests are as follows:In this paper, numerical analysis is conducted by ABAQUS for one reinforced concrete frame structure, results of which are compared with the experimental investigation. Parameters used in the finite element analysis are verified to be accurate and reasonable. With different column-to-beam strength ratio, the relationship between cast-in-place slab and the anti-seismic capacity of reinforced concrete beam was studied.This work chooses six-story reinforced concrete frame structures in the7,8degree seismic intensity area, and builds six models considering the different moment augment factor of column and cast-in-place slab. Ten seismic records are chosen, and then SAP2000and MATLAB software are used to do the IDA. Increment dynamic analysis curves are obtained. Curves of different fractile are gained after doing statistical analysis of IDA results. Thereafter, the slightly damage, serious damage and collapse points according to the seismic fragility analysis curves are also gained to analyze seismic fragility.Basic theory and analysis process of seismic fragility analysis are introduced. According to the results of the IDA, the failure probability function of performance points of structures is established, and then seismic fragility curves of different performance points are obtained, from which failure probability of slightly damage, serious damage and collapse of reinforced concrete frame structures under earthquake in different degree of seismic intensity are gained. Besides, some suggestions for the design of RC frame structures in different seismic intensity area are put forward.
