With the application of deep reinforcement in foundation engineering, bo ndedmaterial pile has been developing rapidly. Particularly the introduction of compositefoundation, laid a solid foundation for the problem of deep soft clay foundation. Thecapped rigid pile composite foundation of new technology has been introduced, on thebasis of the pile composite foundation is in-depth application. The capped rigid pilecomposite foundation not only can solve the problem that the pile without capcomposite foundation can not solve, but also it can improve the stress ratio of pilepiercing, reduce soil, reduce the total settlement of composite foundation. Therefore,the capped rigid pile composite foundation is particularly suitable for handling softground, such as, the soft ground on conditions of complex terrain and geological orthere are special requirements for the bearing capacity and deformation. However,despite the capped rigid pile composite foundation has been widely used, somecalculation methods can be applied to the practical engineering design has beenformed. Although this method of calculation of clear thinking, but it is still in theinitial calculation of theoretical research stage,the result maybe conservative.Therefor, in capped rigid pile composite foundation bearing capacity, settlementrespect, there are still many problems to be solved.For this reason, this thesis will study the bearing capacity of capped rigid pilecomposite foundation through the experiment,the numerical simulation andcalculation analysis. Firstly, with experiments, according to similarity theory, andeliminate the effect of other factors impact on testing and interference as far aspossible, then results obtained the failure mode of the capped rigid pile in the ultimateload capacity, pile axial force distribution, changes law of the pile side friction of piletop load-displacement curve and its ultimate bearing capacity, besides we can observethe changes in the loading process of soil around the pile. Secondly, numericalsimulation analysis takes the soil elastoplastic into consideration, and sets up the pilesoil contact surface. Then with the automatic time step and the minimum bisectionmethod, by using the incremental loading method to get the bearing capacity ofcapped rigid pile, and get the capped rigid pile failure mechanism under ultimate load.In addition, based on the results of the finite element numerical simulation, it putsforward capped rigid pile failure mode under the action of the ultimate load, and set up the theoretical analysis model, after that by using the limit equilibriumanalysis method is derived from the calculation method of ultimate bearing capacityof capped rigid pile. Finally, according to the actual engineering examples, combinedwith finite element method, the results of composite foundation standard methodcompared with the results of calculation, as it turned out the correctness of theanalysis model of this theory, the band limiting capped rigid pile compositefoundation bearing capacity calculation method is reasonable and feasible. |
