In recent years, wind power generation is developed quickly homeand abroad. Wind-powered electricity generation has gradually becomeimportant components of new energy.In many aerogenerators, direct-drive magneto wind power alternatordoes not have traditional speed change gear box, and it has theadvantages of simple structures, low error rate and high efficiency ofgenerating electricity. Therefore, it is widely used gradually. However,direct-drive dynamo is still a new technical product, it has big differencewith other types of aerogenerators. It is extremely important to developsimple and convenient testing system of direct-drive aerogenerator. Thedevelopment of the system has become the focus for the research ofcurrent direct-drive wind power generation. The rapid development ofpower and electron technology, automatic technology and computertechnology provides many selecting schemes to develop the systemwhich can have parameter testing, analyze and process figures, displayand output the testing results automatically. This paper has a deepresearch on the testing system of direct-drive wind power generator, themethods of testing, modeling and emulation of magneto wind poweralternator. Some valuable and innovative achievements in scientificresearch are achieved. Main specific research findings and achievementsof innovation are summarized as followings:According to the features of testing system of direct-drive windpower generator and the needs of testing various parameters andperformance index of permanent magnet wind turbine generator,the paperestablishes mathematic model of permanent magnet synchronousmachine. On the base of classical theory and the equations ofmathematical physics of permanent magnet power generator, the paperbuilds simulation model of permanent magnet synchronic powergenerator in the environment of software Matlab/Simulink. And thesimulation waves of physical quantity of permanent magnet powergenerator are reached and the simulation testing results are in accordance with those got in the labs. The establishment of these models provides anconvenient and effective simulation platform for researching testingsystem of direct-drive permanent synchronic wind power generator.The paper has a detailed analysis of performance index of signaltransducer and the principles of selection. It designs a distributed testingsystem which can meet the performance of direct-drive permanentmagnet synchronic wind power generator.And the practical testing resultsare in complete accordance with the results of simulation testing.Therefore, the results meet the requirements of design completely.
