The Theoretical Analysis And Design Example Of The Frame-Shear Wall Structure

Frame shear wall structure, also known as the frame-shear wall structure, referred to as the frame shear wall structure, which is composed of frame and shear wall structure system. The structure not only has a frame structure arrangement is flexible, good ductility, characteristic easy to use, but also can satisfy the using requirement of different function of the building. At the same time because of exist of the shear wall structures,the structure have a better stiffness, it have a stronger ability to resist earthquake and wind, can greatly reduce the lateral displacement, is a relatively good lateral resistant system, so frame shear wall structure is widely used in high-rise office building and hotel buildings.This article introduces the principle of shear wall arrangement in the frame-shear wall structure, it is indicated the importance of the shear wall in the frame-shear structures, on the basis of theoretical analysis, using PKPM software to analysis the complex building of the Handan Fengheng company, introduced the problems that should be paid attention to when using PKPM software to carry on the design and the principles for selecting the parameters, provides some references for frame-shear wall structure design, and analyses the seismic performance of the frame-shear wall structure.Finally, in this paper, the work is summarized, and pointed out the problems which need to be further more studied in the future.
